1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using GrabYourClaw, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

GrabYourClaw, operated by Ordinity, provides hosted tooling for deploying and managing Telegram AI assistants, including runtime provisioning, billing integration, and operational controls.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement to use this service. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.
• Interfere with platform reliability, integrity, or security.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems, data, or accounts.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan unless canceled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

6. Third-party services

GrabYourClaw integrates with third-party providers, including Telegram, authentication providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

7. Intellectual property

GrabYourClaw and related software, branding, and content are owned by Ordinity or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content and configuration data you submit, and you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to operate and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ordinity and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of GrabYourClaw.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Ordinity operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
